Write To Heal is a workshop that uses writing and self-healing tools to help you process stress or trauma.
Every person has experienced life imbalances or terrible events. This reality affects how we move through the world and interact with people at home, work, and in the streets. Healing through writing allows you to surface and process pain points so that you can live a more honest, realized life.
Write To Heal is therapeutic and appropriate for all people. I tailor workshops to fit diverse circumstances, including workplace meetings or retreats, children’s camps, and private Zoom sessions.
Write To Heal offers
Expressive Writing
You produce words every day—via text, email, social media, letters to those you love. Writing to promote your healing will come with the same ease; it only takes practice. I guide you or your team through expressive writing exercises and prompts that engage mindfulness, build resiliency, encourage self-care, and anchor healing. All of the writing we do together is pen-to-paper.
Breathing Tools
As Wim Hof says, “the breath is the door.” All of my Write To Heal workshops incorporate breathwork because trauma and stress live in the body. Learning to breathe through your diaphragm and mastering a couple of breathing techniques will allow you to calm your nervous system. Always keep the big “O” in mind: oxygen.
Aftercare Instructions
You are more tender than you think. When you have a positive sharing experience, you release oxytocin and leave on a high. But after a day or two passes, you may experience complicated emotions. Each Write To Heal workshop comes with emailed Aftercare Instructions that encourage self-care and empower you to seek more healing.

I was welcomed so kindly by Flose, despite my tardiness. Thank you so much for creating such a gentle and welcoming space. This was my first workshop, and I was amazed by the diversity of the group and how effortlessly we supported one another. I was a bit nervous to start, but I felt safe to share quickly. It’s rare to find spaces that are genuinely non-judgemental. -Eli

I always appreciate your prompts. At first they seem to perplex me, but having to dig down to find a response for a prompt seems to bring up or unravel thoughts I didn't realize I needed to address. -From Anonymous Survey
